My Peace in Troubled Times

My hero during these times has been my mom. She gives me strength by always telling me what to do and things that I should do to keep myself, my friends, and people I come in contact with at work safe. She has given me hope by saying that we as a nation can beat COVID-19 and we will become stronger from this. She says we’ll take better care of ourselves so that history won’t repeat itself. What has grounded me is the thought of my grandma, uncle, and grandpa proud of me graduating college. My mom, grandpa, grandma, and uncle are supportive of me and my brothers’ dreams. They have always told us we can do anything we put our minds to. They will get on us when needed so that we can and will accomplish our dreams and I love them dearly for it.
