While being weeks into isolation, yes things get boring and it is hard to stay upbeat. But one thing I have realized is that with a positive attitude you can make extreme changes. A couple of things I have done are listen to music. Music is something that you can make your own and sit back and enjoy. Another thing is exercise... and that is one that has helped a lot. Exercising gets all of the stress out while doing good for your body, after a couple of days of exercising it becomes a part of your routine. This is the perfect time to learn about yourself and surprise yourself. Pick up new things or even work harder on old things. Keeping a positive mindset can do a lot. And even though it is hard to stay positive, just knowing that you're helping by staying inside is all you need, open the windows and enjoying the fresh air and listen to the breeze... really getting in tune with the earth is my joy.
