There’s something euphoric about a hot meal, like a warm hug extended to the stomach. Ahhhh… you gotta love comfort food. From the satisfying colors that brush the taste buds, and to the nap that follows. It is the only food to sing to me as the mermaid sings to the sailor. I say to you, thank you and amen.

  1. Wash salmon first

  2. Dry with paper towels

  3. Squeeze juice of 1 lemon over the entire piece of salmon.

  4. Season with sea salt, garlic powder and lemon pepper

  5. Take another lemon and thinly slice along the middle of the salmon.

  6. Add fresh herbs

  7. Rosemary, lemon balm, oregano

  8. A few slices of Earth balance butter along salmon.

Place on a baking sheet after oiling with Olive oil.

Bake 35mins covered.

Last 5 mins on broil uncovered

P.S~ Best served alongside jasmine rice
