With Washed Hands

Dear Diary,

It has been two weeks of quarantine and I never missed school soo much. Teachers have been overloading us with work and to be honest, this online school is not the move. Over these two weeks, I've learned that online school isn't for everyone. I was really hoping to go back to school but they extended the date till April 27. I am beyond upset. Why does this have to happen in my senior year? *crying out loud* I just wish this could all be over because this is getting out of hand. I hear all types of jokes like the class of 2020 are going to graduate online, prom being canceled or having to redo 12th grade. This really breaks my heart because after 12 years of schooling, I never thought I'd have to graduate the year of a serious pandemic called COVID-19.

Anyways, my personal life these two weeks has been boring. The first week was cool because I caught up with some sleep But two weeks feels like a prison. Nothing is open and no one’s parents want company. I've been soo bored that my phone isn't even fun anymore. I try to spend my day productive as possible but that never works out. My sleep schedule is messed up and sometimes I forget what day it is. I wish this could be over - I promise I will start coming to school on time and study for tests. This seems so unreal but at the same time, it's really happening. At this point, I'm just over it. I just wish people will find the cure and it goes away so people can live their regular lives.

With Washed Hands,

Rose :)
