Vegetarian Fun (Fried Mushrooms)

I am a vegetarian and I often like to try different things, open my palette to new things, and introduce others to healthier alternatives. One of my favorite foods to cook is our fried mushrooms. I have definitely made them a couple of times over this quarantine. It is also a family and friend favorite.
Fried Mushrooms ( very delicious)
Cook Time 15 - 25 minutes
Pairs well with rice, side salad
Ingredients:
Mushroom of choice
Egg
Flour
Seasoning ( pepper, garlic salt, obey, cayenne pepper, brown sugar)
Or seasoning of choice
Olive oil
Steps:
Clean mushrooms
Crack eggs into a bowl to be an adhesive for the flour mixture
Dip mushrooms in eggs
Create batter mixture with seasonings and flour
After dipping mushrooms in egg; Dip in flour mixture
Fry mushrooms in a medium size pan with oil; on medium to high temperature
Fry until golden brown
Take out of pan to chill
They are now ready to eat! Enjoy!!
